EXCHANGE AND/OR RETURN POLICY

We recommend that you read this document carefully, as simply by browsing our website or purchasing any of our products, you are fully accepting the conditions set out below.

Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase made on the website. There are five (5) business days from the date of delivery of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, please note the following: you must write to info@ainele.com or contact the national telephone line +1 3478241073 and indicate your intention to exercise the right of withdrawal along with the order number or purchase invoice.

The product must be new, unopened, unused, with all its original packaging, parts, accessories and labels attached to it.

Refunds will be made to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. In the case of credit cards, the response times are those given by our payment operator and your bank. We recommend that you carefully read Wompi's refund policies.

Return Policy

Returns on Ainele.com have a shipping charge, the return period is 15 days from the date the order was delivered to you.

Online orders may be returned for a full refund unless marked as final sale. All returned items must be in perfect condition (unworn, unwashed, with interior and exterior tags still attached, no repairs, and with the appropriate sales receipt).

Ainele.com reserves the right to refuse returns outside the deadline, if the items are not in the same condition as when they were sent or if they do not comply with our return conditions. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of having sent them.

Return process

Please contact our customer service department at the email address info@ainele.com , attaching the purchase invoice, the order number or the buyer's ID number. You can also contact us nationwide by calling the telephone line +1 3478241073 Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm EST.

The collection of the product will be coordinated with the transport company Coordinadora, for which we will send you the respective guide. The address to collect the product will be the one registered in the purchase process.

You must print the guide and deliver it along with the properly packaged product to the transport company on the scheduled and previously informed date/time.

Once we receive the product, we will proceed with its review and, within the next three (3) business days, we will inform you via email whether the return is valid or not. If the return is not valid because the product received does not comply with the previously indicated conditions, it will be returned to the same address registered in the purchase process.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Shipping Policy

Shipping on Ainele.com is charged at a standard rate; all deliveries can be expected to arrive within 2-7 business days from the time of shipment.

Deliveries are sent during business hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm EST. Purchases made on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you immediately. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at info@ainele.com

In the event of a delay in processing times, you will be notified by email. All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is taken care of. We recommend providing a business address when possible, or another address where someone can sign for the delivery between 8am and 6pm EST.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or forwarding agencies. Orders to PO Boxes or forwarding agencies may be subject to cancellation. Please note that orders for multiple items may be shipped in more than one package. This will be indicated by multiple tracking numbers in your shipping confirmation email.

Changes

It is possible to exchange an item purchased on Ainele.com within 15 days from the date of confirmation of shipment. The exchange will be possible as long as it is an exchange of the same item (same reference), for color and/or size, that it is in perfect condition, that the price has not changed and that the store has availability.

In the event of unavailability and the exchange is not possible due to inventory issues, you are eligible for a full refund.

The cost of this shipment must be paid by the customer.

Damaged or defective product

Products that are received damaged or are defective due to a manufacturing fault must be reported within 2 days of receiving the order to our customer service team at info@ainele.com or contacted nationwide at the telephone line +1 3478241073. These will be replaced or repaired, where possible and subject to availability. If a product cannot be replaced or repaired, you are eligible for a full refund.

Tracking an order

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the order has been shipped and it will include a tracking number. To check the status of your order, you must go to www.coordinadora.com, “Online Tracking” and enter the tracking number. You will receive a notification by text or email when the order has arrived at its final destination.

If you have any problems tracking it, send us an email to info@ainele.com and we will help you communicate the status of it.

Refunds

I'm Natalia Ruiz, founder of Ainele, a brand born in Colombia and now based in New York. After studying and living in Boston and New York, I always knew I wanted to create something that connected with my roots and, at the same time, offered something unique. During a difficult time in my life, I realized how important it is to feel good about what you wear. I wanted to find clothes so comfortable that, even on the most difficult days, I would be motivated to leave my pajamas and start the day feeling better about myself.
